Bureau / Department-level contractor dominance, top contractors, and market concentration (HHI) by selected financial year range. HHI sums the squares of each contractor's value share — the higher it is, the fewer contractors control that market.

Compares 3-year window share against all-time window share.

Risk Level (Average Dominance Share)
Based on the vendor's average market share across available time windows.

Historical concentration signals only — use them to choose what to research next, not to decide a bid.
